Need to develop the following while adhering to IaC pracices

• A talos control plane, deployed on a machine running Asahi Linux
• Talos worker nodes that encompass the remaining resources of the machine
• Needs to be deployable with terraform and some setup scripts
• Utilizing kvm for talos shown here: https://docs.siderolabs.com/talos/v1.8/platform-specific-installations/virtualized-platforms/kvm
