I've stood up a Linux-based runner on miasma, and it looks like @astra's is available as well, so we should put together our first workflow. We'll want a required pipeline for PRs that:

Verifies that both client and server build
Checks cargo clippy and cargo fmt
Checks deno lint, deno check, and deno fmt

It might be nice to split this into multiple workflows, by codepath affected.
