  • Add client-side command for resolving user's app.bsky.actor.profile record
  • Display the profile picture, name, and handle of the currently-authenticated user in the sidebar
  • Show a popover menu with a "Logout" option when user element is clicked
  • Remove "Change Server" button from settings

Tackling this with #75, since I need a client-side way to resolve user profiles for the UI, and it makes sense to handle it in a generic way.
